Full Description: 3 Bedroom, 3.75 Bath Waterfront Tan Tar A Estates Home with Hot Tub. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, DVD/VCR Player, Screened in Porch and Open Decks. All Bedrooms have Full Bath, Cable TV w/HBO, and Iron/Ironing Board. There are 2 Queen Beds in the Master Bedroom. Second and Third Bedrooms each have 2 Queen Beds. This Home sleeps 12 guests.
Jan. 1 - May 21 rental rate is $320/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
May 22 - Sept 8 rental rate is $400/night plus tax and $10 booking fee - 5 Night Minimum
Sept 9 - Dec 31 rental rate is $320/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
