Fully Equipped Kitchen, Fireplace, 2 Dining Areas, Large Jacuzzi Tub in Master Bath, Screened in Porch and Open Decks. All Bedrooms have Full Bath, Cable TV w/HBO, and Iron/Ironing Board. There is a 2 well dock, but one of the slips is occupied by the owners boat. There is a King Bed in the Master Bedroom. Second Bedroom, Third Bedroom, Fourth Bedroom, and Fifth Bedroom have 2 Queen Beds in each. This Home sleeps 18 guests.
Jan. 1 - May 21 rental rate is $450/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
May 22 - Sept 8 rental rate is $600/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
Sept 9 - Dec 31 rental rate is $450/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
Stay 5 nights and get ˝ off your 5th night, stay 7 nights and get the 7th night FREE! To make a reservation, we will need a credit card to charge one nights lodging and a $10 booking fee.
We do not provide daily housekeeping however cleaning is available for an additional charge. Some guests choose a mid-week clean during their weekly vacation .
